Had the GF rotini pasta with meat sauce and it was yum! Thinking of trying to find whatever brand they use for pasta I make at home; It looks like rice flour and I like it more than the corn flour pasta I’ve been using. No reactions to the food. Staff was friendly. Asked for no croutons on salad.

The chain is celiac aware and the tabletop menu app has a list of allergins, however the employees themselves are not being properly trained at this location.
Be your own advocate, if you are new to being gluten free, do not take risks, and any place not dedicated to being gluten free is a risk.
The server assured me that he would communicate my celiac status to the kitchen, if he did, they did not comply.
No
beware! they boil gluten free noodles in the same water as all of the others!
No
As long as you clearly define Gluten Free, they meet the needs. Not the best GF pasta, rather run of the mill.
Knowledge of GF is based on the individual waiter/waitress. I had to remind ours that the salad cannot contain croutons. Try the salmon as an alternate to GF pasta.
My experience tonight at Olive Garden was excellent. The waitress was knowledgeable about my options. Then the manager came over and acknowledged that I had requested for gluten-free options and insured me that they would change gloves to maximize safety. Then a third person came over to serve food and he pointed out that it was gluten-free and that they changed their gloves when making my food. I don't have allergies, but I am sensitive to gluten. I don't know if it would be safe for celiac, but it was safe for me.

I have eaten here twice and both times it was great! The servers are knowledgeable and their menu has everything labeled well so you can see what you have to choose from! They also instantly knew and aknowledged no croutons on the salad as soon as I mentioned a gluten allergy. I do wish they had more sauce options than what was listed.
