Looked online at allergens list first. Immediately asked to speak to manager when seated. Not many choices here but that’s normal w/my allergy combo-wheat, gluten, soy, coconut, tree nut, broccoli, and sensitive to soybean and coconut oils. I had gf rotini w/tomato sauce. No reaction. Spoke with mgr about a soup that looked allergy friendly online but because I am sensitive to soybean oil and their soups have a chicken broth base she couldn’t provide me with ingredients for, I opted no soup. She did say they don’t use anything with coconut oil. I was just happy to have a meal that didn’t cause a reaction.

ZERO stars! Had a bad reaction to their supposedly gluten free pasta. Perhaps the kitchen made a mistake? Not cool!
No
Our waitress wasn't great with GF. Our salad had croutons. I didn't specify, so was my fault.
GF rotini was a over cooked and they have limited options.
Amazing service. Waitress knew EXACTLY what to do for gluten free. Half hour later and no attack and my attacks always show up sooner. I feel great.
Waitress definitely knew about gluten issues. Confirmed about gluten free foods instantly and knowledgely. She never offered anything with gluten in it to me and even stopped herself from asking "soup or salad" and changed it to "salad without croutons?". Said salad had no crouton crumbs or anything else. She put croutons on the side for the rest of the people at my table.
There's unfortunately only a small gluten free menu, but what I had wasn't bad. I got the GF rotini pasta with chicken. Tasted very similar to regular pasta. Noodles were a little but overcooked, but it wasn't bad and understandable for cooks who aren't GF themselves. Barely a complaint because the dish really was good.
I wish I knew the waitress's name because she was so great! Gah, they should wear name tags because she should handle all gluten sensitivity orders. I wish this was how all servers acted. Would make life so much easier. Definitely one of the most positive experiences I've had. Oh, and cross-contamination does not seem to be an issue! I get symptoms when it's cook in the same pot, but this definitely wasn't.
Yes
My experience tonight at Olive Garden was excellent. The waitress was knowledgeable about my options. Then the manager came over and acknowledged that I had requested for gluten-free options and insured me that they would change gloves to maximize safety. Then a third person came over to serve food and he pointed out that it was gluten-free and that they changed their gloves when making my food. I don't have allergies, but I am sensitive to gluten. I don't know if it would be safe for celiac, but it was safe for me.

I have eaten here twice and both times it was great! The servers are knowledgeable and their menu has everything labeled well so you can see what you have to choose from! They also instantly knew and aknowledged no croutons on the salad as soon as I mentioned a gluten allergy. I do wish they had more sauce options than what was listed.
