Review of Olive Garden

The pasta they use is the old rice flour type that smells bad and tastes gummy. I tried it anyway, and ended up having a strong and quick reaction. Nothing like scrambling for the Benadryl two bites in, and then being sick for days later.

My best guess is that they did not guard against cross contamination, since they were extremely poorly trained for gluten/wheat allergies. For example, they made me a fresh salad when I advised them of my allergy, but covered it in croutons. I will not be back.
