Kitchen cuts corners. Had a to-go order last night, and upon opening the container labeled gluten free (which looked like a kids portion) I found shells and spaghetti noodles mixed in with the rotini pasta. They only do rotini for GF. Apparently to save time, they just cooked it in the same water as all the other pastas they serve.
Reckless only scratches the surface.
The manager was apologetic, refunded my portion of the meal, and offered to make me a new one... which would have been fair if I was still there, but driving back while my family enjoyed their dinner, and then eating by myself after didn’t seem worth the mediocre portion of “noodles with sauce”.
I could do that at home, in the same amount of time, and feel 200% more confident in the final product.

Ordered gluten free baked chicken parm, and when I received it, it was topped with bread crumbs. The waitress quickly had it replaced and I don't blame her because it was a kitchen error. The ticket with my order clearly stated that I had an allergy and that the meal was to be gluten free. Not a good experience.
Very few option and tasted horrible
Barely average. Not really worth the time. Just went because others wanted to go.

My experience tonight at Olive Garden was excellent. The waitress was knowledgeable about my options. Then the manager came over and acknowledged that I had requested for gluten-free options and insured me that they would change gloves to maximize safety. Then a third person came over to serve food and he pointed out that it was gluten-free and that they changed their gloves when making my food. I don't have allergies, but I am sensitive to gluten. I don't know if it would be safe for celiac, but it was safe for me.

I have eaten here twice and both times it was great! The servers are knowledgeable and their menu has everything labeled well so you can see what you have to choose from! They also instantly knew and aknowledged no croutons on the salad as soon as I mentioned a gluten allergy. I do wish they had more sauce options than what was listed.
