I was nervous coming here with my family because of previous reviews, but I got very lucky! Our server informed the manager about my allergies to gluten and dairy and the manager told me his wife has the same allergies! He talked me though what I could get, brought out an allergy menu, and said he personally watched the food prepared. I got the gluten free noodles with meat sauce- It was delicious and I did not get sick! Absolutely will be back because of the level of care both our server and the manager took.

I ordered a salad with no croutons and the dressing on the side. I explained that celiac disease and that I cannot have gluten which is wheat barley or rye. I also ordered the gluten-free rotini, gluten-free marinara sauce, and the shrimp. This was the create your own pasta. My waiter had celiac disease also. So this helped me too feel confident that he was knowledgeable on what I can and cannot eat and cross contact.

Not celiac friendly at all. I don’t even understand why they have a “gluten sensitive” menu when none of the staff has a clue about it. Both times I’ve ordered gluten free pasta, there have been regular noodles in it. Unsafe & the menu options are limited and not very good anyway, other than the salad no croutons.
No
Had GF pasta and grilled shrimp. Enjoyed it! I also have issues with dairy and soy but I didn't get sick afterwards!
Yes
I got sick at this location twice will never go to an Olive Garden again
No
Ordered the gluten free pasta of course with the pesto sauce and found a regular noodle (non-gluten free noodle) on my plate. Therefore not celiac friendly, and not aware of cross contamination.
No
I would give less than one star if it was possible. The gf pasta is obviously microwaved and is beyond disgusting. The restaurant staff had no idea if their basic marinara sauce was gf, and thought that plain vanilla ice cream "surely had gluten". Horrible food, pathetic service. Don't even bother going there!!!
Menu is not very vast. The pasta is cooked in the microwave and is extremely hard and not tasty. Servers are not friendly and continue to discuss my being gluten free broadcasting it to everyone around. At one point after everything that came to the table for the other guests saying oh that's not gluten free. Gee you think I don't know that. Ended up in the bathroom crying. Will not be going back.
My experience tonight at Olive Garden was excellent. The waitress was knowledgeable about my options. Then the manager came over and acknowledged that I had requested for gluten-free options and insured me that they would change gloves to maximize safety. Then a third person came over to serve food and he pointed out that it was gluten-free and that they changed their gloves when making my food. I don't have allergies, but I am sensitive to gluten. I don't know if it would be safe for celiac, but it was safe for me.

I have eaten here twice and both times it was great! The servers are knowledgeable and their menu has everything labeled well so you can see what you have to choose from! They also instantly knew and aknowledged no croutons on the salad as soon as I mentioned a gluten allergy. I do wish they had more sauce options than what was listed.
