they have a gluten sensitive menu and I told the waitress up front about my allergy. it was lunch and I ended up doing the unlimited salad and soup. the salad they did without croutons and the gf soup option was really good!

I had the same issue the previous person wrote. I order the gf pasta and even the waitress pointed out there was a piece of pasta in it. they must share the same pots etc. it did say on their menu their kitchen might cross contaminate. Also the gf pasta I did get looked frost bitten. I was with friends and hated to make a fuss. I was sick twice in the hour. please dont go there. if you are by the fsk mall eat at unos. they take gf seriously!

I went there last night and had the gluten free penne rigate pomodoro with grilled chicken. The waitress had to look at the menu to write gluten free so I am sure she was not aware of what that meant. She did however bring the croutons on a separate plate for those at the table who could eat it. There was a large portion of pasta on the dinner plate with a few strips of chicken. It tasted good, but nothing better than I could have cooked at home. I ate about half of the meal and brought the rest home. On my way home I got terrible stomach cramps and flew down the highway to get home. I thought perhaps it may have been that I ate too much so kept the leftovers. I brought half of the leftovers (see...a lot of pasta) for lunch today and when I started to eat it after heating it up I found a spagetti noodle in it. Since they do not have GF spagetti - just the penne - I know it was not gluten free. My Mom says I should write them a letter but I don't want them to just offer a gift card to try them again as it is definitely NOT worth feeling that lousy again (yes...the leftovers have made me sick too). BE CAREFULL EATING HERE IF YOU HAVE CELIAC!

My experience tonight at Olive Garden was excellent. The waitress was knowledgeable about my options. Then the manager came over and acknowledged that I had requested for gluten-free options and insured me that they would change gloves to maximize safety. Then a third person came over to serve food and he pointed out that it was gluten-free and that they changed their gloves when making my food. I don't have allergies, but I am sensitive to gluten. I don't know if it would be safe for celiac, but it was safe for me.

You have to be careful here. You must be diluent and ask several questions. They will serve salad witout croutons, you can get them on the side. No bread, but soup Tuscana and is gf and delicious.

I just went to Olive Garden, stated my allergy, and then ordered Gluten Free pasta option they have, if I dont remember wrong it was Gluten Free Rotini with meat sauce. I didn’t get any reaction, (I usually get respiratory and skin reaction to gluten) and it was absolutely delicious!!!

I have eaten here twice and both times it was great! The servers are knowledgeable and their menu has everything labeled well so you can see what you have to choose from! They also instantly knew and aknowledged no croutons on the salad as soon as I mentioned a gluten allergy. I do wish they had more sauce options than what was listed.
