Sal has a huge heart and is more than willing to make you something "gluten free". Unfortunately he really doesn't understand the risks for gluten cross contamination. They make their food from scratch which is great for people who can eat gluten. I only go there to have drinks with my friend and bring my own food. Sure wish I could try his food cause I'm sure you could taste the love.

Menu lists that they have gluten free pasta but our waiter said it is likely to become cross contaminated and suggested that I not order it as a celiac. Thankfully I brought my own salad dressing and was able to order a salad. Might have better options if I weren’t vegetarian but was heavily disappointed that I could not eat any pasta. Very disappointing since it seemed like a wonderful place and the food I could not eat looked delicious.
