Sal has a huge heart and is more than willing to make you something "gluten free". Unfortunately he really doesn't understand the risks for gluten cross contamination. They make their food from scratch which is great for people who can eat gluten. I only go there to have drinks with my friend and bring my own food. Sure wish I could try his food cause I'm sure you could taste the love.
