The gf menu was surprisingly extensive for an Italian restaurant. Everything tasted wonderful and the texture of the pasta was great - nice and sturdy for their alla vodka sauce. Highly recommend the gf bruschetta and the flourless chocolate cake.

I have eaten here multiple times and feel very safe! When you say you have a gluten allergy their first question is, are you celiac? I SO appreciate this as a celiac. The vibe is fantastic and I have no worries at all eating here due to the education of the staff. This is one of my husband and I’s new favorite spots in Tampa!

Amazing from start to finish! The management and staff take gluten-free seriously. From the hostess to the waitstaff to the manager to the chef…all knew I had Celiac Disease and understood the need for care to avoid cross-contact. Our waiter Zach was attentive and patient, answering all of my questions. The food was incredible! The truffle fries (aka Celiac fries) are baked and the paper used to wrap them in is white - this distinguishes them from the regular fries and the gluten-free fries (regular GF fries share the fryer with other things). Everything came to our table with comments about it being gluten-free to ensure I was receiving the safe food I ordered.

Went to Olivia for my boyfriends birthday and it was amazing! They were out of the GF bread when we went but I had pasta and the brussel sprouts and both were delicious! I did ask about the fries and the waitress confirmed they are cooked in a shared fryer so beat to avoid anything fried here.

Excellent homemade GF fettuccini pasta! Need I say more? The sauces were amazing too. Excellent grape bruschetta appetizer on chewy, soft, gluten free bread. Cauliflower, thin crust pizza. Good cocktails & wine selection. Nice, upscale atmosphere & not far from the airport.

Our flight was delayed, so we stayed a few extra nights in Tampa after a cruise. The separate gluten free menu and the house made pasta were what attracted us to this restaurant. The food and service were utterly amazing! My non-celiac husband absolutely raved about his food too. If we come back to Tampa, this is where we will definitely eat.

They have a great gluten free menu! You can get a few apps, cauliflower pizzas, pasta, dessert etc.

The food is so good we love Olivia. I made a mistake the first time eating there and didn’t ask about the fryers - my fault, classic celiac mistake lol. They told me the last time I ate there when I mentioned I have celiac that the fryers are shared. The waiter was so great and knowledgeable. It’s a 5 star worthy place because I LOVE it so so much, but I really wish they had separate fryers! It really limits the gluten free menu they have for celiacs.
