Amazing from start to finish! The management and staff take gluten-free seriously. From the hostess to the waitstaff to the manager to the chef…all knew I had Celiac Disease and understood the need for care to avoid cross-contact. Our waiter Zach was attentive and patient, answering all of my questions. The food was incredible! The truffle fries (aka Celiac fries) are baked and the paper used to wrap them in is white - this distinguishes them from the regular fries and the gluten-free fries (regular GF fries share the fryer with other things). Everything came to our table with comments about it being gluten-free to ensure I was receiving the safe food I ordered.
