Great variety and everything was delicious! I didn’t get sick and was very happy! They don’t have indoor dining but I’d recommend going to union square as it’s close to sit and eat!

This place is great. I noticed that the online menu, catering menu, and menu on ritual.co (order ahead app) marked different items as gluten free. This is because this team is actively working on replacing soy sauce in their recipes. The owner will be updating all lists to reflect these changes (don't worry, this means more options). And was very responsive. He also let me know that if I ordered any combo, to mention that I am allergic to gluten, as they will sub out one of the customary side items that I cannot eat. There is more than 1 location downtown, so check out their site for the one closest to you.

Quick, super tasty and no cross contamination that I noticed. The miso and spicy bacon are excellent.

This is an order at the counter place with Japanese rice ball sandwiches. The bacon one was spicy and delish. Gf items marked on menu. Even miso soup was gf (this is rare). Not cheap - $12 for three rice ball sandwiches- but very tasty.
