They could accommodate almost every roll and the rolls they couldn't they would let you know. The owner double checked with us to let us know she understands how important it is for the rolls to be GF as her best friend had it. It was super comforting, we tried many rolls and brought a bunch home and I never had even An inkling of gluten symptoms. I even had some rolls with some crunch which was super exciting since I haven't had that since before I was GF. I can't wait to bring all my GF people here!!!

Although there is nothing indicated on the menu, the chef knows which items can and can’t be made gluten free. I tell the server what I would like and ask if it can be made gluten free. Obviously the items with tempura are off limits. They have gluten free soy sauce and will bring a bottle of it to your table. I typically get some veggie filled hand rolls or sometimes the philly roll. I feel safe enough to call in my order and specify gluten free when ordering and confirm at pick up. They have a drive through window for pickup. Nice atmosphere inside too - good for a quick lunch as it’s usually not too busy.
