Although there is nothing indicated on the menu, the chef knows which items can and can’t be made gluten free. I tell the server what I would like and ask if it can be made gluten free. Obviously the items with tempura are off limits. They have gluten free soy sauce and will bring a bottle of it to your table. I typically get some veggie filled hand rolls or sometimes the philly roll. I feel safe enough to call in my order and specify gluten free when ordering and confirm at pick up. They have a drive through window for pickup. Nice atmosphere inside too - good for a quick lunch as it’s usually not too busy.
