**IMPORTANT!****

We ordered gluten free, and I was very clear my daughter has Celiac [autoimmune] Disease. We also called before coming about that. When there, she ordered a gluten free BLT. I said it is important that the grill area for this is cleaned "thoroughly" so it not have any gluten contaminants. They brought it out w/potato chips that were fried in the same fryer as all their gluten breaded products! We got a salad instead when I caught that. But, what I didn't catch was the bread they gave her was gluten containing wheat bread, which she ate and got sick. They were barely apologetic, didn't offer to waive our fees, my daughter left feeling unwell, ate nothing beyond a few bites of food, and we ended up leaving w/my eating little of my entree (not great tasting, either, though my soup was good), etc. My daughter has been in bed off and on crying for hours. If you have a food allergy or Celiac Disease, avoid this place at all costs. If you like soup and want to risk horrible customer service, I can see why you might come. They also have fancy milkshakes w/desserts on top, though expect to pay up to $20 (w/tax & tip) for this dessert....

Examine their menu carefully (the one in the restaurant, not promotional excerpts). Explicit disclaimer stating that gluten free food is not prepared in a separate area with dedicated utensils and they can give no guarantee against cross contamination. Promoting itself as "gluten free friendly" doesn't quite do it for someone with extreme Celiac Disease.

Great GF options: pancakes, waffles, French toast and 2 types of bread! My favorite place to eat in the area. People and service are great and you can sign up for their rewards program. They have 4 other location!

How can the previous reviewer mention all those food options which all have gluten. Obviously it’s a relative who doesn’t understand this website. I ate here yesterday and I’m pretty sure one of the the only things I could eat was the eggs. I had an omelet which was delicious. When I asked when I walked in, the manager said that everything is GF except the bread, waffles, and pancakes but that wasn’t true. When I ordered my omelet, I asked about the hash browns and the waitress checked but they do have gluten so I didn’t eat. I brought my own GF matzo and had that with butter they provided.

OK, so I stand corrected. I came back another day and apparently the manager was telling me that they had GF bread, etc. The waitress was clueless but today the waiter was knowledgeable. I didn’t have the GF bread, etc because I had brought my own GF crackers. I had the omelet again and it was still delicious.
