Ended up with a delicious brisket taco and sweet potato fries but it took a lot of asking — they don’t make it very clear what’s gf and what their protocols are. The best info I could gather from the staff that was there indicated that there is some care taken to avoid cross contamination except with the gf pizzas — who are cooked right alongside the non-gf ones and the oven isn’t cleaned between pizzas or anything. Despite at least one prior review here, they did seem sure that all meat was gf. Not sure I would roll the dice again given the shaky knowledge of the staff, but it payed off this time.

A fun place for something quick. Lots of options. Almost anything is gf. I had a shrimp taco and loaded fries. Didn’t get sick! I will definitely go again.

Their gluten-free burger buns and cookies are amazing! I personally haven't tried the other gluten-free options. If you get a cookie (gluten-free or not), it's best warmed up.

Great spot, not overly expensive and they take a lot of precautions.

+ The staff knew exactly what I needed + They have a lot of options + Indoor and outdoor seating

- on a second order they brought out flour tacos when we ordered gluten free - the cook didn’t change his gloves and put the corn tortillas on the grill with other flour tortilla.

I stopped in a third time and they did bring me non GF food. I took it back up and the order taker stayed I did not request GF or precautionary practices. I reminder her that I asked what items were GF, what she recommended and what precautions were taken.

Food is still good but you may need to educate the staff a little bit.

Awesome burger place. They have some of the best GF chocolate chip cookies I’ve ever eaten, plus delicious GF burger buns, and both beef and vegetarian GF burger patties. They also have French fries made in a dedicated fryer.

Absolutely amazing! Best gluten free burger buns I’ve ever had. I didn’t get sick at all and I ate here twice. Next time I’m in San Antonio I will be back to eat here

When we called, this location stated they have a dedicated Gluten Free prep and cooking area. There are only 2 items that have gluten: regular burger buns and regular chocolate chip cookies. They have to GF versions of both!

This bean burger was amazing! My first since Celiac diagnosis. The fries are just like those at Five Guys and Papouli's. It has been a couple weeks, and I'm craving another one... Adding this as my go-to burger joint.

Order up is my Gluten free holy grail. I’ve never had a bad meal here. They have so many gluten free options for breakfast and dinner and their food is just incredible. I can’t stop ordering the burgers and fry sampler every time I go, that I still haven’t even got a chance to try their pizza, but I look forward to the day I do. Their milkshakes and gluten free cookies are beyond perfect. I always leave here stuffed. I’ve able to go for breakfast once and I can’t wait to go again. Cannot recommend this place enough.

They do not fry anything containing gluten.

I am a sensitive celiac and very cautious about where I eat. I have ordered the cheeseburger squared lettuce wrapped and french fries probably more than 25 times without any issue at all! They do not fry anything containing gluten in their fryers. They do have UDI's buns as well---get them untoasted.

Orderup can make any breakfast and lunch dish on a gluten free bagel, pizza, or corn tortilla. I loved the brisket breakfast bagel, and I also ordered BAM breakfast fries. The fryer is dedicated to both fries and chips which are both gluten free. Delicious food and fun place for brunch!! 10/10 recommend!!

This place was a favorite several years ago but, sadly, quality and consistency have gone down hill. Big time cross contamination, the employees are no longer trained or knowledgeable about safety measures and no glove-changes or separate surfaces. Been very sick our last two visits and will not be back.

The burger and fries were amazing. The menu says you can substitute gluten buns for gluten free, substitute taco shells with lettuce wraps, and that the fries and chips are gluten free. Food was great and didn’t get sick at all.

I am a a very sensitive celiac to CC, and I ate at orderup two days ago and did not feel glutened. My favorite part of eating here is nothing that goes in their fryer contains gluten. I ordered a lettuce wrapped burger with fries and it was very yummy.

This place was great! Cheese fries, chocolate chip cookie (LOADED with chocolate chips) and burgers. Had a little hiccup with our order, but employees couldn't have been nicer or worked harder to fix it. Would eat there over and over. Milkshakes were fantastic too!

I asked if the dressings were gluten free. The cashier looked me in the eye and rudely said “That’s up to you to figure out. We don’t guarantee anything and we don’t check the packaging. “ Given that they have gf stuff on their menu, I was stunned. Not happy with that reply.

The food was excellent. I enjoyed a gluten free breakfast taco on a corn tortilla and my husband enjoyed his taco on a regular wheat tortilla.

The owner was there and asked how sensitive I was then worked with the kitchen to be sure I was safe. There is gluten in the restaurant so there is obviously risk for CC but they worked hard to make sure I was safe. I did not get sick.

I have celiac disease and decided to try this place out because oh the reviews. First time I tried the burger it was good didn't get sick. I went there a few days later and got some chicken taco and that was the end of me. I got really sick for about 4 days. Never ever going there again. Not safe to much CC.

I am obsessed with Orderup!! They have a gluten free bun for your burger, French fries, and you can get a GF chocolate chip cookie that is to die for! They have lots more things, but the burger, fries, and cookie are all I have tried so far.
