Orlando’s never disappoints! They are knowledgeable about gluten and dairy as well as cross contamination. I am a super sensitive celiac and I had their chips with no adverse effects! Delicious options - a lot can be made GF with corn tortillas. There will always be a wait but they are fast - it’s worth it! And honestly sitting around the fire outside with drinks in hand while you wait is a great part of the experience.

The server told us that most of the menu was NOT free from cross contamination. The chips are made in a shared fryer. The server said there were only two items that might be safe: nachos without meat (although she did day the regular chips were made in a shared fryer) and a bowl without meat or red/green chiles. Meat is prepared on a shared surface. So essentially you could just get some lettuce, tomato, and beans. Not a good choice if you are sensitive.

I ate here with a local who has celiac disease and ordered the Los Colores with mole only (red and green chili is not GF). I was nervous because I usually ask a lot of questions when ordering, but my dining companion with CD—who eats there regularly—just ordered without noting GF so I took a risk and did the same. The food was great, really fast and I didn’t get sick!

Amazing! They are very aware - the waitress even remembered we probably couldn’t do dessert because of my celiac. So awesome. Also, don’t worry about the wait if there is one - they are quick!

Pros: dedicated chip fryer and knowledgeable wait staff. Cons: both red and green chili have flour in them and the actual gf options are pretty limited. Corn tortillas were super greasy.

Had the Blue corn tacos..waiter was knowledgeable and had the tortillas prepared without oil, to try and avoid as much cross contamination as possible. The tortilla chip fryer was a dedicated fryer. Good meal!

Beef tacos on blue corn tortillas were good and so was the flan. I ate there hours ago and didn't have a reaction.
