Oshima Sushi

When i told them i had a Wheat Allergy, they asked if i was Gluten Free. I was told that the owner is Celiac, and all the wait staff have clearly been educated on gluten free. They brought me Tamari and made all our rolls gluten safe. These people are awesome!

Knowledgeable staff. Good food. Just ask for no sauce on rolls (most sauces have soy sauce). Had the FNP and buff jeff rolls. Gluten free soy sauce available on request. Also gluten free cider available.

They had some great options but they were really busy and the waitress didn't seem very focused when I started asking questions. The gluten free soy sauce eventually arrived at my table but I had to wait a while for it. I wasn't sick afterwards and the food was delicious, so I would go back if I were ever in the area again.

Oshima is an upper scale, classy Japanese restaurant. Owner Ming Le provides Kikkoman gluten free soy sauce upon request and serves gluten free beer. Sauce-free sushi rolls also available upon request. Love their Hawaiian and Rainbow rolls, naturally gluten free. Ming always provides the freshest fish available and I've never gotten sick for the past 5+ years that my family and I have been coming here!
