There are a few GF options and my waiter made great suggestions as well, on a few items he wasn’t sure he went back and checked with chef and manager to make sure if it was safe or not for me. My food was flagged and prepared with care, no issues

Awful experience!

I alerted the waitress that I couldn't pull up the gf menu online and she said she could help me with suggestions. She suggested the poke bowl and how they use gf soy sauce. The bowl came and after a few bites I had that bad feeling people with celiac all know. I push it aside and she asked if all was ok. I said that I didn't want to eat anymore since I was getting a reaction. She was rude and said it was fine. A while later the manager came up and told me that because of supply chain issues, they no longer have gf soy sauce and it wasn't gluten free. I wanted to cry. He was kind and didn't realize ordering gf wasn't a preference. He asked if I was going to be okay. I said that I appreciated his gesture, that I would be getting sick soon and needed the check... he apologized and said he would train the staff.

No gluten free menu and did not honor the online pdf gluten free menu from one of their other franchises. Waitress did not try to accommodate me at all, and didn’t understand contamination (possible contaminated flat top v. searing meat in a clean pan). Ended up with seared ahi (actually very delicious but instead of offering me something GF other than their salad they just gave me dry lettuce. My family loved their experiences, I was slightly terrified at what I was putting in my body. Menu didn’t mention gluten at all.

Oswego Grill has a wonderful gluten free menu and a staff who are extremely helpful! While there might be occasional cross contamination, since the kitchens are not completely gluten free, I was quite confident in my order. Celebrated a birthday (I’m the only gf and only 6 weeks into the journey)and everything was great! Kudos to the staff and management for making this night special and healthy!!!

The people are very nice. The fries are on their gluten free menu (which is supposed to be celiac friendly) but they specify that they aren't actually gluten free because there's no frier. They brought a salad instead which was pretty lackluster, itself. The burger was good though.

I eat here about once a week, and I've never been "glutened." They have a big gluten free menu of tasty food , knowledgeable staff, and a dedicated fryer.

ambutious menu (sushi, fajitas, prime rib, entree salads). classy stuffy vibe. decent burger buns. dedicated frier for fries.

Extensive gluten free menu, lots of great choices. I ate the blackened chicken sandwich with coleslaw and hot fudge sundae for dessert.

Standard gluten free options (salads, gf buns, etc). Staff knowledge is hit or miss. They have a dedicated fryer but waitress informed me if I am highly sensitive to avoid it in case, for example, someone out the wrong basket in the wrong fryer. I found this bizarre but took heed. That said, I have celiac disease and have not gotten sick here.

This place was great. Nice gluten free menu with many options, including appetizers and desserts! The fries are cooked in separate fryer, so no worries there. Food was great and service was friendly. A little pricey, but it is a classy place and well worth it. We plan to go back.

Super nice gluten free menu, tons of options bond in like an actual menu (not just a piece of paper or online). I decided to go with a Grilled Chicken sandwich on the gluten free bun and it was AMAZING! The fries weren't the best fries I've ever eaten, but they were okay and they do have a separate fryer so at least they are safe to eat:)

Fantastic. I've eaten at dozens of GF restaurants. This was one of the best. I registered on Find Me GF because I had to let my fellow celiacs know how good this was. Great selection. Good prices. Knowledgeable staff. Separate prep area! A+!

Great GF menu. Lots of options. Beware tho as designated fryer is very near deep fryer. Willing staff but Limited knowledge. General Manager was very receptive to my concerns. I would return. Lovely atmosphere too.
