Review of Outback Steakhouse

Just went to outback for the first time last night since I've been diagnosed with celiac disease. I had called ahead to ensure they make accommodations for individuals who have celiac. The manager informed me that they do and additionally that all of their staff are required to take an annual online course on how to service those who are allergic to gluten. When I arrived with my party of 6 to the restaurant, I was provided with a gluten free menu by my waiter and I also reminded him to inform the chef of my inability to have gluten (and cross contamination issues). I ordered the filet minion (medium rare) with broccoli. Wow-it was cooked to perfection! I am extremely satisfied with my meal. Will be returning again soon.
