Manager greeted us and brought a GF menu and walked us through it. He explained to the server how to handle celiac and also recommended the GF dessert which was delicious! Steak, baked potato, and seasonal veg - all safe!

Last time we ordered from here, it was take-out only due to COVID. I usually never get sick if I order the gluten free items on the menu. We found out then that they have a dedicated fryer during lunchtime, but not after 5pm. Guess I will only be going there for lunch, or not eating their fried items. (Good thing I avoid anything fried when I eat out.)

Staff was attentive to ensuring food was prepared separately. Kitchen manager came to our table, without being asked, to explain how the food would be prepared to ensure no cross-contamination. Really appreciated the extra care for our family of celiacs.

Celiac friendly?

Yes

I ate at this location 3 times with different gf menu items. Got sick each time. Spoke to the manager that wasn't very concerned about it by saying I must have a higher sensitivity than others. A friend in Lexington KY had the same problem (tried 3 times, got sick 3 times), so it's not just this location, but the entire chain. I refuse to eat at an Outback, which is a shame as I loved eating there before I knew I was gluten intolerant. Too bad I can't give it a negative star rating.

This restaurant has always been good and it's so wonderful to have staff that understands what gluten free means and is very careful. I've never had a reaction at this location and have found the staff very efficient.

My company wanted to order us a holiday lunch. We order with outback. My food was marked gluten free and put in its own bag. It was a great experience.

I went there for dinner with my boyfriend and explained to our server that i had celiac disease. He came back with a gluten free menu with a variety of options, i felt so comfortable eating there and my dinner was amazing! he explained to me that they take it very seriously and that he will explain to the cooks and write an extra note. It was an 100/10 experience for me.

I was on a trip to Splash Lagoon with family and was very hesitant to eat here as I get sick at one closest to where I live. I ate here with no issues! I got the wedge salad and loaded baked potato. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful!

This place was awful from our walk in to our overall experience! First thing when we got there the hostess told us that they only had one table available by the bar, but when I looked around only a few tables were occupied and mostly by the bar. She went on to instruct us that all the other tables were dirty!! My husband did not want to create a scene so we sat down and decided to order simple and had burgers mine with no bun. I did not get sick from the food or at least not yet but I will never return to this restaurant!! Very sad that the manager didn’t even try or get someone to clean off all those tables including wait staff!
