We were told that their kitchen and prep areas were not able to avoid cross contamination. The staff person we talked to had a family member with food allergies and said they would feel awful if I got sick. Appreciate the transparency and we went back to eat at the hotel (The Westin) as they had GF, celiac precautions.
— No gluten-free information on the menu
There aren’t a ton of gluten free options on the menu but the waitress was very helpful with making sure the items I ordered were safe & gluten free. She marked it as an allergy and the kitchen seems to take it seriously. I didn’t have any issue with cross contamination. I would go back :) yummy brunch options!
