Very good Pizza! I think the best in town!
Probably great for people with out Celiacs but it didn't sound very safe. I arrived there today for dinner and asked the cashier about their procedures to prevent cross contamination. She deferred to one of the cooks, who informed me that he wasn't sure about toppings but the gluten free pizza crusts were gluten free. When I asked about whether they have a dedicated cutting board and pizza cutter, he said he could clean them. I asked him what material the cutting board was made from and he stated it was wood. I should mention that his apron was completely covered in flour. As a Celiac, I didn't feel comfortable eating there after that so I can't verify whether or not it was actually safe or anything relating to the taste.

By far the best GF crust I've ever had! To the guy person who had reviewed it and said the pizza was undercooked, try it again. I can barely tell it's a GF pizza. First time I was there I had an extremely similar experience but man have they improved!
Our server had no idea what was gluten free or not. Had a gf pizza. The toppings were really good but the crust itself was undercooked and tasted horrible. My kids liked the regular pizza but I think I'll stick to other places.

AWESOME gluten free pizza. Nearly everything is organic, non GMO, and with nitrite free meats!! We had a house salad with homemade Italian dressing and it was so big that even though we shared it we still had some leftover. Homemade gluten free cookies and goodies for dessert. We were given a sample of the GF peanut butter cookie and it was heavenly. Will definitely be back!!
