Review of Paisano's

Thankfully, there is one really great restaurant in Albuquerque where ordering gluten and dairy free will result in a wonderful meal that tastes great, is beautifully prepared, and carries no fear that I will be sick afterward! Staff is really knowledgeable and cheerfully helps me choose a safe dinner, even checking with the kitchen to see if modifications can be made to a dish for me. Great with friends, on a date or with the family too.
