This was the first time I have been given an option for size of pizza or calzone when getting a GF crust. My calzone was delicious and the medium was very big. If I were local, I would get pizza here regularly.

Staff is knowledgeable and takes steps to keep all food separate when cooking. They do pastas, calzones and pizzas gf. They have gf brownies too.

Went there for dinner last night. It was our first time ordering gluten free pizza for my little one (3 yrs). It was AMAZING! The staff was so kind and helpful and the pizza and chicken ranch sandwich we ordered were also delicious! We will be back!

I had GF pizza with bacon, onion, olives, and tomatoes. It was tasty!! Portion size is good. The gluten lover enjoyed his pizza too. We will definitely go back.

it is indeed a GF pizza which fit Celiac, however the dough is dry and does not taste best, I would rather have Udy’s pizza crust or something which is a bit softer, a lot of place for improvement in my view, however the service and the team friendliness is amazing, I gave 3 stars only for it

I ordered the hawaiian gluten free pizza to go. I called over the phone and told the staff I was celiac. It stated on the recipt that I was celiac and then on the pizza box itself. They informed me they have separate toppings for gf pizzas, dedicated baking sheets and changed gloves. However the pizza does go in the same oven as gluten so that is where the highest risk of CC is.

I am a celiac sensitive to cross contaimination , I ate the pizza last night and did not get sick.

The GF cheesy bread is SUBLIME. They serve it with marinara & garlic butter & it’s divine. You can get any pizza, any size, GF. They noted my allergy and took precautions. Additionally, the dining room and bathrooms were immaculate.

Wow!!! Nick went above and beyond for us! I am a highly sensitive celiac and my (not celiac) husband is sensitive to gluten as well. There cheesy bread is AMAZING! The thin crust pizza is not my fav, but still pretty good. I offered a suggestion, pizza toppings on the cheesy bread. Nick thought the idea was interesting and went and made it right away! He then brought half of what he made to the table and gave it to us to try. Y’all. Wow. So freaking good! It’s the best gluten free “pizza” I have had! It was thick and chewy, and the flavors really shone through! Nick said it’s hard to get them to add items to the gluten free menu because they don’t have a huge audience. BUT! If there is a big enough demand for it they will add it! Here is how he said to order it: Open faced gluten free sandwich Pick your pizza toppings And ask them to run it through like a pizza. I would suggest asking for their garlic butter under the pizza sauce, he did that for ours. :)

Owners family is celiac. They took every precaution. Had the Hawaiian pizza. BEST PIZZA I’ve EVER had since I found out I was celiac 8 years ago!

Ordered the gluten free Hawaiian pizza - in the delivery notes I stated I was Celiac. I did not experience any symptoms after inhaling this delicious pizza. I think they take great precautions in trying to eliminate cross contamination.

This is my go-to pizza place as someone with Celiac. The quality of the GF pizza is fantastic, some of the best I’ve had. Even non-GF friends enjoy eating the same pizza I do. Lots of other great options with sandwiches and wings too.

Only times I’ve had reactions are when I ate at the restaurant, but that’s likely due more to how gluten-contaminated the general dining area is than food prep, just gotta be extra careful. With carry out I’ve always been fine.

I thought they only had gluten free pizza, turns out they have pasta, cheesy bread, Italian sandwiches, and brownies! It is all very good. I just ate it, so I will update if I get sick tomorrow lol I have Celiac. The manager reassured me everything is safe and they take appropriate precautions. So great to have a place close to home to eat at and it’s BYOB!

AMAZING!! GF pizza was delicious and my non celiac husband even said it was so good too! They had so many options and took a lot of precautions. The owners son has celiac disease so they are very knowledgeable. The only reason I didn’t leave 5 stars is because it was a bit pricey. With the gluten free crust my medium pizza came to $18.

I have Celiac and Palio's has been my family's go-to pizza place. We have been going there the past 2 years and I haven't had any reactions. They crust is crispy and delicious. When we talk to the staff, they are courteous and understanding of our requests.

Palio's have been our go-to for gluten free pizza for the last 3 years. Ordered two large gluten free pizza and both were under cooked. Staffs do not show care to customers. It felt like either there was a ownership or management change. :-(

Multiple times I have eaten and twice have gotten sick recently. Never gotten sick one the past 2 years previously. Contacted management and they are seeing to any issues that may have caused the contamination. For the most part, they have the best pizza in Fort Worth!!!!! I will give them another chance and will update status accordingly!

This is hands down the best GF pizza you can get. Celiac safe, and when you say gluten free they know to take the precautions needed. They also now offer daiya cheese if you can't have dairy. I go here all the time and love it. There are a few other locations throughout the metroplex but I have only eaten at this one and Mansfield.

Went 45 minutes across town for pizza specifically because of the 5 votes of 100% celiac friendly reviews. Ordered our gluten free pizza, and yes it is posted that they cannot always avoid cross-contamination, however similar to other reviews I found myself very sick from my experience. Why, then, offer gluten free? The pizza was very good, the crust was very crispy and it actually tasted like it was not gluten free. Makes me wonder... either they gave me a regular pizza or they did not take simple precautions to avoid cross-contamination.

Having lived in Chicago most of my life it was definitely not one of the best pizzas I've ever had, however the gluten free crust was better than a lot of other places I've tried. I asked for extra crispy and the flavor and texture were great. It satisfied my craving for pizza!

Pizza was tasty but my husband and I both ordered gf hoping there wouldn't be any kind of mix up but I still ended up sick. I do know another friend w celiacs and he has eaten here without problems so perhaps some of the staff understand the importance of gf while others may need more or proper training

was kind of rubbery. and I still got sick. not sure if this location separates the G-free pans from the regular.

Please please do not eat here at all if you have celiac disease. They say it’s gf and take the precautions, but it contains gluten when Nima sensored. This was true now, a few months ago when tested, and also I got sick from there approximately a year ago. They are very nice and have great options if you are gluten intolerant, but celiacs stay far away!!

OMG! First time customer (new to the area). Amazing homemade GF pizza crust! Fresh mushrooms and delicious Italian sausage! I would even so far as to say that it was the best GF pizza I've had since my celiac diagnosis in 2008. I was nervous, but I made sure to mention that I had an allergy to gluten.
