Love the gluten free crust and a great place my son can go with his friends and know he get something similar to what everyone else is having. Always his top request for eating out or just pizza

We were eager to try their GF pizza and the taste was good but unfortunately they do not have good GF handling practices. Had an adverse reaction shortly after eating it. Sad that we won't be able to eat here again. Not worth the risk.

Went here for lunch today. Asked two employees if their gluten free pizza was actually gf and they both said yes. Unfortunately that was not the case. It may be a gf pizza crust, but it isn't celiac friendly.

Absolutely love their gluten free pizza! It's corn free too according to the manager at the Coppell location.

We love Palio's. Gluten free pizza crust is excellent. They also have a great pesto base. Salads are good too

OMG ... Eating the chicken cashew gf pizza and it is absolutely delicious! I use this app because I travel to many places around the country and it has never steered me wrong. Trust in these reviews. The pizza is absolutely delicious and the staff was wonderful!

I just ordered a luncheon to be sent to one of our meetings, and it was so delicious that our VP who is not a big pizza eater had to join the meeting and have some. The King pizza and Italian specialty pizza, were a big hit and made us look good to our guests. I will make sure Palio's are added to our corporate catering list.

great pizza, can get any med in gluten free crust. also cleaned all utensils, equipment, etc. crust was soft, for gluten free.

Friendly, helpful staff. The pizzas are really good. The owner knows the importance in avoiding CC however they do not have a dedicated kitchen area and CC does occur.

Only place I have ever found a large gluten-free crust. It came out crispy and delicious. Found this while visiting family nearby. We will look forward to eating there each time we are in the area. Staff seemed very knowledgeable and accommodating.

Yum yum yum!!! GF Pizza prepped separately from all the rest and staff was super knowledgeable and kept everything safe. BEST GF Pizza I’ve had yet!!

Went here based on reviews from other locations. Great pizza! I called ahead and asked questions and the staff was extremely helpful. We got the gluten free crust and the cauliflower crust to try both and preferred the cauliflower crust as it was more crunchy.

We’ve ordered from here twice, once for delivery and no symptoms whatsoever. Great option for nights where you just want to feel normal. Gf crusts add some cost, but they offer multiple sizes.

We’ve tried the Noah’s, Cajun, and the Scorcher so far! The scorcher has been our favorite.
