Created an account literally just to review Paloma as it was by far the best service and most accommodating restaurant I’ve EVER been to.
Our server, Natasha, went through the menu and informed us of all the celiac-safe options (turns out the Brussels sprouts and chickpeas are deep fried!) and she was able to speak with the chef about substituting the masa cakes (also fried in a shared fryer) for a tostada for the smoked chicken sopecitos.
They kept the chickpeas for the salads separate (my wife had them, I didn’t) and two people checked in during the meal to make sure everything was okay.
And the food was delicious too! Easy five stars and highly highly recommended.
