Staff seems very knowledgeable. Items were well marked. I was disappointed that I couldn't eat the chips but they served veggies with the guacamole. My partner thought that was fantastic...I was less then impressed, lol. I thought the food was good, but very pricey. And the options became less varied in regards to the frier.

Cute restaurant with delicious (but pricey) food and drinks. There's a lot that's gluten free but fried items including the chips are a no-go. Some of the mole contains breadcrumbs as well. All tortillas are corn.

Food was good. We got there just before closing. They offered to do a take out for us. They did not have a gluten-free menu, but were well informed.

Menus is almost all gluten free. People seeking dairy free will find lots of options as well. Servers were very knowledgeable about gluten. Food was delicious.

Created an account literally just to review Paloma as it was by far the best service and most accommodating restaurant I’ve EVER been to.

Our server, Natasha, went through the menu and informed us of all the celiac-safe options (turns out the Brussels sprouts and chickpeas are deep fried!) and she was able to speak with the chef about substituting the masa cakes (also fried in a shared fryer) for a tostada for the smoked chicken sopecitos.

They kept the chickpeas for the salads separate (my wife had them, I didn’t) and two people checked in during the meal to make sure everything was okay.

And the food was delicious too! Easy five stars and highly highly recommended.

Just came here for nibbles & drinks, so I can't report too much. But the service was excellent (it's upscale, so they take good care of you) and there seemed to be a lot of gf options. The tacos were delicious (corn tortillas). Beware the hot sauce is HOT. Menu is fairly meat heavy (and they were out of some of the vegetarian options by the time we were there at 9pm). Drinks were amazing. Beautifully decorated restaurant with an upbeat vibe. Spendy, but worth it.

Mexican Oaxacan inspired food. Fun vibe with quality food. Unlike a lot of NM mex which favors flour tortillas this restaurant keeps it real with blue corn and masa driven ingredients.

Sopes (sopecitos) were great starter as was the blue corn quesadilla. Tacos also on corn tortillas (as they always should be IMO) and some nice looking grilled fish and a great short rib entree.

There are fried fish tacos on menu so I assume the chips would be contaminated in same oil but didn’t get confirmation.

Nice big tequila and mezcal list as well.

Fantastic food and very gluten free friendly. The barbacoa was delish! Very knowledgeable about their food and ingredients. Hubby loved the fish taco (not gf) too.
