I had a very bad experience. I do not recommended eating their products as, by their own admittance, the ingredients they use can cause a reaction to coeliacs, they admit that cross contamination is a risk, ANDthey recommend consulting your doctor before eating their products.

I bought a gluten free donut and mini cake. On the way home I took 3 bites from the donut (thank goodness I didn’t eat more). 1hr later I was very ill, starting with brain fog, sweating, shaking, vomiting and extreme stomach pain. I saw that the cake had all the stickers saying free from gluten/sugar/dairy but the donut had no sticker. I panicked and wondered if the store had somehow confused a normal donut with a gf donut. My partner called the store and asked to speak to a manager as we needed help with a person reacting after consuming one of their products. The person hung up on us (!). We called back 4 more times and got hung up on 4 more times. So I checked the website and saw that they bakery MAKES GLUTEN CONTAINING PRODUCTS. it is not a 100% gf bakery as I had thought. The next day I finally got a response. I was shocked to hear that they say that some people can react to the combination of ingredients used - is this even safe for consumption for anyone?! They also admit to the risk of cross contamination. I only took 3 bites of a donut and I am sure it contained gluten. Terrible customer service and a very bad experience. Avoid.
