Most of the an she’d and omelets can be made gluten free. The omelet (pictured) was very thin.

It took 35 minutes to get our food even though we were the only customers until one more group came.

Place is called Pancake and Burger Bar, but they can only do Dutch pancakes gluten free. They can’t do gluten free buns/burgers. Bit of a bummer.

I preferred the Dutch pancake at Pancake Bar over those at Pancake Amsterdam as they were lighter and more flavorful. The prices are much better as well. The reason for 4 vs 5 stars is my warning to not drink the glass bottle of water on the table. We assumed it was complimentary water however there was a 5 € surprise charge on our bill. The wait staff were very nice and I highly recommend a visit.

I’d give this place 5 stars, but the kitchen misread my order and served me a non-gf pancake. The waitress caught it after I’d had a few bites and was extremely concerned, apologetic, and helpful. My new gf pancake was delicious. I wish the kitchen took it as seriously as the waitstaff. The gf pancakes are darker brown in color

They have the option to make gluten free pancakes. Their omelets in July 2016 were all gluten free and are not served with bread. The server knew what I was talking about when I said I couldn't eat gluten.
