Es hat gut geschmeckt und in der Friteuse wird nur glutenfreies verarbeitet. Allerdings scheinen die Maistortillas zwar aus reinem Maismehl zu bestehen, eine Kennzeichnung als glutenfrei besteht aber nicht. Laut des Restaurant-Betreibers stellt die Firma nur diese Fladen her, so dass eine Kontamination beim Mahlen des Mehls nicht passiere, aber das konnte ich nicht nachprüfen.

Wer Maismehl nur gf gekennzeichnet isst, kann hier eher nicht essen.

Great traditional mexican place owned by very nice mexicans. Food was great and I had no reaction as a celiac. I ate the guacamole with totopos and tacos.

Good GF options and the food is tasty especially tacos and guacamole. Staff helpful and friendly. Highly recommended for Coeliacs.

Pancho Villa has authentic Mexican GF tacos. The tacos carnitas are GF and dairy free. The guacamole is served with corn tortilla chips, the salsa and margaritas are GF. There are other options and changing specials. The staff understands celiac disease and are very friendly about going over ingredients with you.

Beware the chicharrones are not made in house and don’t have gluten, but I reacted to them. They might be made on equipment shared with gluteny stuff, probably ok for NCGI but not celiac.

The prices are great for the tacos!
