My preferred location for Papi's. The parking situation is way easier than at the Chevy Chase location.

The tacos, chips, and churros are just as good at this location.

We eat here regularly and have never had a bad experience! Lots of great options and the owner, management, and staff are very knowledgeable about celiac and food allergies in general.

Great food and atmosphere. Love the outdoor seating, margaritas, street tacos, and fajitas. Eat here frequently and have not had any issues.

We’ve always felt safe eating at Papi’s. The owner has celiac, so we know they take gluten seriously. However, on our last visit, we were told that the entire menu was gluten-free, even the Chile Rellenos. This was very exciting for us. As always, the food was delicious and more than I could eat, so we took about half the Chile Rellenos home. We decided to test the dish using our Nima sensor, and gluten was detected. I don’t know if the Rellenos straight-up had gluten in them or this was a cross contamination issue, but we will not be back. Eat at your own risk.

My son and I are seriously easily cross contaminated. We eat here all the time. Marco the owner, also has celiac. The staff is knowledgeable and the food is awesome. Live the street tacos and taquitos. They even have gf churros.

Absolutely incredible. The owner came over once he heard that I requested gluten free and explained that most everything is already gluten free. He also stayed while I ordered to be sure that the server marked it correctly on the ticket. AND there are 2 desserts to choose from!!! I had churros because who serves gf fried anything?

I can’t say enough good things, the servers were so knowledgeable and kind. Management is on top of it, they have a dedicated GF fryer and most items could be adapted. Great food and service, needless to say this will be a regular for our family.
