From one celiac to others, just don’t do it… the only truly gf option is the Cobb salad. The burgers are cooked on the same flat top that the buns are toasted on so there is cross contact! They weren’t very knowledgeable about anything, I had to just keep asking questions. Additionally, the Cobb salad needs to be without bacon because the bacon is also cooked on the flat top. No dedicated fryer either.

I called and spoke to 2 people on the phone. They both stated that they have no area where they can prepare food without cross contamination. All food is grilled on the same area, no accommodation for preparation of their gluten free buns.
Aside from the Cobb salad, there was nothing else they could offer me that was free from cross contamination. The salad was excellent, and I did not get sick.

Safe for Celiacs. Was able to get a party melt for the first time in along time. It was delicious
Went twice in three days while visiting relatives. I had two different burgers and the Udi's buns were super fresh.
