I feel the one-star review was pretty unfair for a gluten-free app because they did not encounter any issues with gluten here. I think most of us come to this app mainly just looking for something we can eat safely. I enjoyed my food here and did not get sick. Always nice to have GF chinese options-- not a lot of that back home for me.

The waiter did say the fried rice was GF but when I asked if it contained soy sauce (which usually contains gluten), they said yes. So I did not get it. It's possible they use a GF soy sauce for it; I didn't ask. But you may likewise want to ask if your item contains soy sauce before ordering it.

Great gluten free Chinese! Be aware at lunch with the special, they will put an egg roll that isn't gluten free on a plate with food labeled gluten free unless you tell them not to. I just tell them I don't want it and ask the server to let the kitchen know I'm celiac. I love the food, I will say it IS neseccary to be proactive. Having said all that, I've never gotten sick there and I'm really sensitive.

Y’all- find another place to eat. Though admittedly I did not get sick, my husband and I ordered 2 meals ($50+) and the chicken was so questionable that we both threw our meals away, virtually untouched (we ordered delivery). I never give bad reviews, much less 1 star reviews. Trust the google 1 stars and consider other options.

Most authentic Chinese you'll get in Park City with a ton of gluten free items. I've never had a problem here and I'm sensitive celiac.

No one there had heard of celiac disease. Most of there menu was gf so I explained about cross contamination, they assured me it would be safe. It was the best meal I've had in forever, I was so excited. And then it hit!! I've been glutened and have now been sick the last two days.

I went to this restaurant for lunch about a month ago when I was visiting a friend. I ordered fried rice, which was designated gluten free on the menu. It was served with a flour egg roll on the plate and on the food! I sent it back and was served another portion. I was sick after two bites. I think they just removed the egg roll but also, I don't think they used GF soy sauce. I was sick for the rest of the day. BIG disappointment as I was only in town for 2-1/2 days.

After reading some reviews that told us to beware, but others said it was good, we decided to order a few items and they should be edible... (we had terrible altitude sickness and didn't want to drive). Our delivery driver was right on time and everything was super sweet and barely edible. It tasted more like microwave foods...weird. I believe we got the mongolian beef, general tsos and pad thai. We are from the East Coast area and have great Asian restarants, so maybe we're spoiled, but this stuff was barely edible!

I never thought I’d get to eat Chinese food like that again! We had Mongolian beef and General Tso’s chicken with fried rice and I had no issues. Very good!

Brought my celiac husband here. The menu lists several GF options, but the server wasn’t very knowledgeable about specific prep/ingredient questions so we took our chances and weren’t disappointed! He had the lunch special with egg flower soup, orange chicken and brown rice (hold the egg roll). Food was delicious and he didn’t get sick. We’ll definitely be back on our next trip!

My only regret was that I wasn't able to make it back before my business trip ended. Great value and the orange chicken is absolutely amazing!

Good if you don't have celiac. The flavors were good but it definitely wasn't gluten free. It's going to be a rough night.
