They have little cake style donuts that are baked and then you pick your glaze (see pic for options). Honestly, they're just okay but it is a GF donut which is exciting just for existing. My non-GF fam liked the regular options too.

Interesting array of cake-like GF donuts. They’re baked, not fried, and they’re baked in a dedicated GF oven. They are tiny, but the flavors are creative. Worth a stop if you’re in the area and like donuts, though the gluten eaters I was with weren’t super impressed by their regular/non GF donuts. Coffee was great, though.

Baked GF donuts are delicious, as are the breakfast tacos. The staff assured me that the GF donuts are celiac safe. If I could go back, I'd ask if the toppings/frosting is added in a way to prevent cross contact. Either way, I didnt get sick, and will go back next time I'm in Denver.
