Review of Pars Persian Cuisine

The restaurant is located in a little strip mall that would be easy to drive by. Once inside it's simple, but still has nice atmosphere. It has very nice artwork on the walls and nicely lit (not offensively bright). For those of you who need it most of the menu is naturally gluten free. They have different kebabs, chicken, beef, etc and we have tried many. All have been very satisfying. The one dish that seems to be a crowd pleaser and gives you a nice sampling is the Chicken Barg Sultani which actually comes with a beef kebab as well. For an additional charge you can upgrade your rice. We usually get the Zereshk polo (barberries and saffron), but have also tried the Sabzi and Albalo polo. All three are delicious. One is with sour cherries, but not sour at all and the other has different herbs and spices. The service has always been good for us and the food always spot on. They do not serve a lunch menu on Saturday or Sunday so it can be a bit pricey. For two with one coffee one order of hummus, 2 entrées, and one order of Baklava without the bill was $67.55. The quality of food is hard to beat so worth treating yourself sometimes.
