I stopped in and asked about cross-contamination. The guy up front was very nice but told me me that they use the Italian 00 super fine flour so the kitchen is basically covered entirely in flour dust. They offer a gluten-free pizza crust but it is cooked directly on the same surface as regular pizza. So this is definitely NOT A celiac safe restaurant. If you do not have Celiac it looks like a really nice restaurant.
