Definitely not safe for gluten allergies. They have gluten free crust (for an additional $5 or gluten free pasta substitution for an additional $6). However I was astonished when the server explained that the gluten free pasta is boiled in the same water as the other pastas. Something I never heard of! What is the point? Sigh!!!

This was far and away the best gluten free pizza I have had in the US and they also offered a dairy free that was one of the best my wife has had at a restaurant. Highly recommend this place.

I love Partenope! Most of their pizzas and pastas can be made gluten free, and they are authentic and delicious! The GF appetizers and desserts are limited, but they have a great wine list and the food is really so good. I (Celiac) have eaten here several times and never had an issue, the staff seems very knowledgeable.

Great restaurant but NOT gluten free. Their menu says gluten friendly and they offer gluten free pizza crust and pasta but the pizza is made in the same oven and pasta is boiled in the same water. Not safe if you have a severe allergy!

I stopped in and asked about cross-contamination. The guy up front was very nice but told me me that they use the Italian 00 super fine flour so the kitchen is basically covered entirely in flour dust. They offer a gluten-free pizza crust but it is cooked directly on the same surface as regular pizza. So this is definitely NOT A celiac safe restaurant. If you do not have Celiac it looks like a really nice restaurant.

Not sure how celiac safe but they have one of the best gluten free crusts I've ever had. Was visiting the city and we are here a few times, highly recommend.
