Definitely not safe for gluten allergies. They have gluten free crust (for an additional $5 or gluten free pasta substitution for an additional $6). However I was astonished when the server explained that the gluten free pasta is boiled in the same water as the other pastas. Something I never heard of! What is the point? Sigh!!!
