I took my boyfriend here after reading the raving reviews on this app. The one thing I’ll agree with is that eating here is an experience… We were seated very quickly and then completely ignored for 20 min. Then the waitress finally greeted us and asked if we wanted anything to drink. After she had explained that we each just pay for our own full meal, she didn’t elaborate on the cost and did not mention that the prices don’t include dessert. She proceeded to bring us a bottle of wine (no wine list) that tastes like it was worth $8 tops, and we later saw we were charged $45. They did accommodate my gluten free needs, but gluten free barilla pasta isn’t exactly what I expected for what some reviews claim is “the best gluten free pasta in the city”. The meal overall is what I would call elevated college dining hall. Two uninspiring small salads, two mediocre pasta dishes, a side of mushroom, a creamy salmon dish, and a small assortment of desserts later (plus the bottom shelf wine) cost us around $160. Though the food and odd vibe don’t make me too sad it’s closing, it was quite and experience and a memory we can keep forever.

Expensive dinner for two at $130 (including tip). But, that includes a bottle of red wine and 4 dishes (generous portions): salad, eggplant parmigiana, fish, pasta, chicken. They state at the beginning if you have any preferences and they will cater the meal to you. However, they have a set menu and will cater to dietary restrictions. So, I think this is a bit misleading. In the future, I would prefer to order off of a set menu! Overall, they seemed to be quite knowledgeable about gluten cross contamination and I have had no issues after eating here!

The owner came to our table and discussed my food restrictions in detail. He planned a full meal around it. Food was incredibly tasty and so many courses it was an incredible experience.

This was not a meal. It was an experience. The chef ask your preferences and food aversions and then creates a meal from there. The food was amazing. The wine very good without being pretentious. Dessert was amazing. Every thing was family style. And the chef accommodates gluten allergies, vegetarian and other preferences. My wife and I both have gluten allergies and we had no issues. Highly recommended.
Bar none; one of the best GF meals I’ve ever had. They hand you NO menu and just surprise you with deliciousness.

There are no menus which initially freaked me out, however the chef came right to the table and asked each of us what we could and couldn't eat - then proceeded to send out 7 courses! It was very tasty and a fun dining experience. I will go back!

Great gluten free meal! No menus he comes out and asks your dietary restrictions and develops his own creations! It was amazing!
Incredible dinner. Fun to not have to make any decisions on what you want. Also, so many courses that you get to try a lot of things. Also, individuals catered to. Glad we came!!

Very safe. No reaction afterwards. But food was nothing special, not as expected from the glowing reviews. Dessert costs extra.

This is no Olive Garden!! Amazing Italian food. The staff was knowledgeable and although it was interesting to leave meal decisions up to the waiter it was AMAZING! It was nice eating delicious food right along with my family. Make reservations online
Definition of “mom and pop” place. Son was our waiter and dad was the chef. Extremely knowledgeable about celiac. Fair warning - they pushed a “no menu” approach to ordering. It was fun but made my parents very nervous. The chef brought out food based on what we said we liked/disliked. It was a tapas style meal.

Really lovely restaurant with lovely staff. Amazing food, great service and full care and attention given to GF customers.. Well worth a visit if in Seattle.
This place is a real gem. It is a set multicourse Italian menu (including wine) that can accommodate GF/celiac. Refreshing to not have to scour menus to find safe food. Plus it was delicious. Great atmosphere with really friendly and knowledgeable staff. We will definitely be back. The place was packed on Friday night so make reservations

What a wonderful experience with delicious food! I have gluten and dairy intolerances and was able to eat a 6 course meal courtesy of Chef Mike and his exemplary staff. The gluten free bread was probably the best I have had...very soft and fluffy. Will definitely be repeat customers.
