Review of Pasta Jay's

Edit 3/2023: what a difference a few months makes. No longer have a gf menu. Server stated everything could be made gf. Even I know that’s not possible. When we tried to order, most things were not gf (as I expected). Chicken Parmesan is no longer chicken parm if it’s a piece of grilled chicken on rotini with marinara. Gf pizza was undercooked and gooey in the middle.

11/2022 Very impressed with staff knowledge and care taken with cross contamination. Our server was able to explain the procedures for both gf pizza and pasta prep. Pizza was thin crust (previously frozen, but not Udi’s brand). It was only ok. Chicken Alfredo seas good. Giant portions. The gf garlic bread is made from the thin pizza crust. Not worth it IMO.
