I was so happy with my experience here. The only thing with gluten is the regular pasta. All sauces and toppings are made gluten free. Even one of the employees had celiac disease and we bonded over how seriously they take things. I got GF fettucine (they only have one style of GF pasta), vegan vodka sauce, cashew ricotta, spinach, peas, and caramelized onions. It tested safe with my Nima and tasted absolutely delicious. The servings were very generous too!
