Louis was so knowledgeable about cross-contamination and explained how they have separate prep and cooking areas. We ordered gluten free fettuccini with vodka sauce and gluten free meatballs. It was delicious!!! We also ordered meals to go! We will definitely be going back! Thanks so much Louis!!! You are awesome!

If celiacs have given you a sensitive stomach do not eat here the food is awful. Pasta is like mush (goes for the regular pasta too). Gave me the poops and I am typically good with shared cooking spaces.

Stopped on way from airport to our vacation house. Freshly made gluten free pasta and you pick the toppings. Delicious. Gluten free pasta cooked separately. One of the owners is Celiac so the whole staff knows what they are doing.

An awesome place. The manager Cathy was extremely helpful and friendly. It was so great to have so many choices. The meatballs were excellent. Everyone was happy with their choices

I was so happy with my experience here. The only thing with gluten is the regular pasta. All sauces and toppings are made gluten free. Even one of the employees had celiac disease and we bonded over how seriously they take things. I got GF fettucine (they only have one style of GF pasta), vegan vodka sauce, cashew ricotta, spinach, peas, and caramelized onions. It tested safe with my Nima and tasted absolutely delicious. The servings were very generous too!

Honestly never write reviews on here, but this place rules. My girl friend has celiacs and this place does an amazing job keeping everything separated safe and gluten free.

The gluten free fettuccini is made fresh (as are the regular pastas). It was amazing! Light and delicious. We got both the Alfredo and Bolognese sauce which I cannot say enough good things about. There are many add-ins including gf meatballs, veggies, cheeses and there are at least 5 sauce options. We will be back when in town again! Highly recommended for the food and friendly, informative staff.

My daughters and I were looking for someplace new with gluten free options and found this great little take-out place in Asbury Park. The owner, Kathy, welcomed us warmly and showed us their separate cooking station for GF pasta. Her staff was wonderful and helpful too. IAnd our dinners? DELICIOUS !!!

The gluten free fettuccini is made fresh and cooked completely separately. It was amazing! I got the pesto sauce with mozzarella which was delicious. The staff was very helpful with making me confident that it is safe to eat, as the owner’s family also has celiac. The only items with gluten were the regular pasta which is completely separate and the breadcrumbs which are in containers to prevent any contamination. Will definitely be back when in town again! Ceiliac friendly. Pasta was great and most of the add ons are gluten free ( meatballs chicken etc.) Sauces are all homemade and great. Would highly recomend both location Asbury & New Brunswick. Staff are very knowledgeable. Cathy and Nancy are great.

The staff was very knowledgeable. When you order on one of the tablets, you start by tapping the gluten free option for pasta. After you tap the gf pasta option, everything else that comes up is gluten free. A wide selection, and the food it delicious!

Very conscious about cross contamination, so celiacs can eat here safely. All staff were so nice, friendly and helpful. Most importantly, the pasta is delicious! Freshly made, and you can get it with any sauce (all are gluten free), and meats/cheeses (even the meatballs are gluten free!). Mostly for take out, as they have limited seating and it’s very tiny. Definitely worth the trip!

The best they have gluten free pasta that taste like pasta. And all the other stuff to add. I liked them before I went gluten free and like them even more now. Knowing I can still have good pasta even though it’s gluten free

Custom pasta choices, safe GF pasta, meatballs are also GF. Owners are super nice and confirmed GF pasta is cooked separately. On occasion they have GF dessert options too. Amazing!!!
