Review of Pasta Volo

The gluten free fettuccini is made fresh and cooked completely separately. It was amazing! I got the pesto sauce with mozzarella which was delicious. There are many add-ins including gf meatballs, veggies, cheeses and there are a bunch of sauce options. The staff was very helpful with making me confident that it is safe to eat, as the owner’s family also has celiac. The only items with gluten were the regular pasta which is completely separate and the breadcrumbs which are in containers to prevent any contamination. Will definitely be back when in town again! Highly recommended for the food and friendly, informative staff.
