Delicious gourmet pizza on thin rectangular crispy crusts baked on a dedicated gf wood fired oven. Cheesecakes that are homemade and can be ordered whole in advance. A must go to place for pizza lovers, and there are bistro fare eats to appease everyone. Meats and cheeses are locally sourced and organic. There’s even a full bar with gf beer options!

Waitress was super helpful and nice. Menu clearly marked for GF & when waitress brought out my pizza & it did not have the special 'GF' tag on it, she took it back to the (very new) chef to ask if it was GF or not. Nope- not GF! Waitress saved me, chef made the GF pizza (original order), it came out w GF tag, & was really good. Great thing the waitress was on top of it!!! Will go back- this is how new chefs learn; we all make mistakes; & their system of tagging GF food works!

We really enjoyed the pizza!!! We will definitely be back. The gf dessert options were nice as well. We didn't like the wings. They were gummy because they were baked and didn't have enough time for fat to render. My gf pizza came labeled.

*****I wish there was a way to respond to people reviewing giving this place a bad rep! My friend and I who is celiac go here all the time and if you pay attention to ingredients and LET YOUR WAITER KNOW, it's very easy to navigate their menu! Not to mention if you order gluten free crust it comes with its own sticker LABELED!! It's a great place to go and I would recommend to everyone! You're not entitled to free stuff just because you're not paying attention! Just saying!

ORIGINAL REVIEW I've bee to Patrick's SO many times for lunch and dinner. I LOVE their menu! Everything is reach and local and organic and they are crazy good at customizing and adjusting to each customers needs! I'd go there in a heartbeat! Tasty crunchy thin gluten free crust! Just amazing!

I want to love this place. I love the organic and locally sourced options, but the menu isn't extremely clear on what toppings are not gluten free (breaded options are obvious, but sauces are not so, like marinades containing soy sauce). They have improved their menu from a year ago, with better notations for some items, like that the meatballs contain panko bread crumbs. I feel like marking some pizzas as GF and others as GFA would be even more helpful.

We went last night and ordered a medium GF pizza, only to have our order come out on regular crust. I didn't realize and proceeded to eat almost all of one slice before stopping to wonder why our crust looked like normal crust. Kitchen messed up, and the waiter thought that not charging us for the incorrect pie was the answer (should not have charged us for either, or at least give us half off the right pizza AND not charge for the wrong one). I'm glad I'm not celiac in this case, but have enough of an intolerance that it causes elevated heart rate and palpitations and bloating.

Advice = make SURE your pizza comes with the gluten free sticker, and look at the crust closely before eating.

Great pizza choices. Very healthy. Local and organic. Easy to be vegetarian or vegan here! Korean BBQ pizza is delicious. I had the flourless peanut butter torte and is was the most delicious GF dessert I have EVER had. Too big though. I divided up into seven pieces and froze most of it. So good.

I have to change my review. They really try hard, and I don't get sick, but we've been there a half a dozen times and they've never gotten the orders right once. They'll fix it, but it takes for ever.

We love this place! EVERY pizza can be made gluten free, locally sourced ingredients, so many GF options! They even have gluten free desserts and wings. There is also an option for GF personal-pan size pizza. My husband has celiac disease, and we have eaten here many times with no sickness.
