No idea why I put off coming here for so long! One of the best gluten free pizzas I’ve had in a while and I did not get sick. I’m extremely sensitive so always nervous trying a new place for the first time. Will be coming back!

Couldn’t be happier with my experience here! I got the carnivore pizza on a gluten free crust with vegan cheese, and it was delicious. The dish was marked as gluten free when it came out, and the waitress was very knowledgeable about the allergens and even reassured us that she spoke with the kitchen staff about it. Didn’t get the slightest bit sick, and I usually do from any cross contamination. My only recommendation is asking for extra sauce if you get this pizza if you’re a sauce lover like me. 10/10 will be back again!

Loooove this pizza!! I have shared with non-GF friends and they raved about it as well. Waiter was knowledgeable and noted I had celiac. I had a suspicion that they used my favorite GF flour, caputos flour, and I asked and was right! This flour is NOT wheat free but is gluten free, so if you have a wheat allergy not the place just FYI.

I have eaten here three times. Every time I’ve felt safe and did not get sick. I am celiac & sensitive to cc. I always get the pepperoni Detroit style pizza, with or without cheese stuffed crust. DELICIOUS! My favorite pizza!

NOT SAFE FOR CELIAC. Most delicious pizza. Definitely cross contamination. NIMA sensor came back 2x gluten found in their dough. Bummer. They do not make claims of non cross contamination, so non celiacs, enjoy! I only NIMA test foods that are delicious and 'seem too good to be true' when findmeGF has high ratings. Got so sick.

I didn’t think this pizza was impressive or worth the money. The sauce was awful, super flavorless. I’ve had much much better gluten free pizza. I didn’t get sick though and they offer gluten free and vegan pizza.

This pizza was the best pizza I have ever had. Since becoming a celiac in 2007 i have not been able to enjoy a pizza with a little “weight” to it and that was cardboard thin.
I have celiac and have severe reactions and felt very safe eating it. The owner has perfected the recipe for a couple years and it is amazing! This is a must go!

Fantastic gluten free crust! We had their Detroit-style pizza, which has a really thick crust. The owner’s wife is celiac and they make their own GF dough in-house. Definitely recommend!

I’ve eaten their pizza at least 5x and always have a positive experience. I have celiac and am super sensitive to cross contact so I rarely feel safe eating pizza at restaurants that aren’t dedicated GF. They knock it out of the park every time & I’ve never once had symptoms after eating here. Plus, the crust is thick & fluffy…so delicious & I love their vegan cheese too.

It’s so hard to get good, no I’ll call it real, pizza for Celiacs especially adding on dairy restrictions for some of my crew. The team at Paulie Gee’s has taken time to perfect a Detroit style pie that is second to none. They take celiac seriously and while not a dedicated gf facility, use different tools, cutting boards, pans. Additionally, they limit which pies are available as GF so that they can reduce the risk of cross contamination. That’s all I can as for from my perspective. I didn’t feel the least bit sick eating there. They offer unique and very high quality toppings, the sauce is exceptional a hint of sweetness. It’s a bit pricey but you get what you pay for and I’d gladly shell out for their pizza anytime I’m anywhere near one of their locations. I truly thank their team from the bottom of my heart for a meal that nearly brought a tear to my eye is so was so exceptional. Hope everyone has a similar experience!

Their GF pizza is amazing! I'm allergic to gluten & dairy, and their GF pizza with vegan cheese is the best I've ever had! When I developed my allergies I figured I'd never get to have deep dish pizza again because most GF crust is super thin, but their Detroit style pizza is incredible!! The menu was clearly marked & my server was super knowledgable. My pizza was cooked in the same woodfire oven, but on a small individual baking rack so everything was kept seperate! I can't wait to go back! I literally asked my server to thank the guys in the kitchen for making such great pizza. Highly recommend!

Hands down the best GF pizza I’ve had! Even my non-celiac boyfriend eats it with no complaints. I’m very sensitive to traces of gluten from cross contamination, and I’ve never once had an issue after eating here (we eat here pretty often). In the GF world where Chicago deep dish is a fond memory and a lot of the GF pizza crust options are thin cauliflower crusts, their Detroit style thick crust is a God-send!

They have amazing gluten friendly pizza!
Gluten free dough available in the Detroit style. Owners tested recipes for 8 months, using their celiac friend as a tester. AMAZING ingredients, quality, texture, etc. So amazing. There are also vegan and vegetarian options!
