The owner told us that there are GF options (mainly penne) that does not have its own designated space for the rice flour. He said it doesn’t touch the other flour when it’s boiled, but that the flour is “everywhere.” Just ended up screaming red flag for someone who has celiac.

Only GF pasta is penne that they microwave to cook. Part of it was disintegrated and part still chewy - but ok, as expected. Very disappointing that they use flour to make their Alfredo. So that was out. I had the special which was shrimp, red peppers, and mushrooms with an olive oil base. I asked for fresh Parmesan cheese which really flavored the dish. (Otherwise it was bland.)
Holy Spaghetti! Yes, 👍 tha is all...great little.hole.in the wall Homemade GF Pasta
Yes
The best gluten-free pasta I’ve ever had. They make most menu items GF, just ask the server. They just need GF garlic bread now!
