They follow proper procedures to avoid cross contamination. However, they told me that everything is fried in the same fryer so our options were limited. We had a grilled chicken salad, with a broccoli side and it was delicious.
the staff did not offer me an allergy list, and their drier is not dedicated. The Caesar salad had a weird taste but I ate the grilled chucken. I know they were careful, but there weren't as many choices as advertised here.

Chicken is great! Staff was helpful in finding options.
The grilled chicken salad is great! They have a dedicated fryer for the fries, too! The grilled chicken strips were dry, but it was around 7 on a Friday, so they probably had been in the warmer all day.
Delicious and many choices. The chicken was moist and flavorful. Everyone said they couldn't wait to go back!

Nothing here is gluten free or safe anymore :/ I came here and asked for grilled nuggets, I told them I had a gluten allergy. The cashier had no idea what I was talking about and called over her manager. Unfortunately, they’ve changed their recipe and don’t use a separate frier for their fries and now nothing is gluten free or safe.

Everything was greasy. I didn’t have an allergic reaction, but the grilled chicken and broccoli made me feel very nauseous. Everything was extremely greasy and I could not finish my food.

I used to love this PDQ. The first two times we went after my son was diagnosed were great. The manager took it seriously, he put clean gloves on and prepared our gluten free meal himself - grilled chicken and vanilla shake. But the third time I went there was another manager on site and she simply didn’t care, she typed out the allergy and then handed me breaded chicken. I brought it back and explained the allergy (celiac) and she provided us with grilled chicken. Half way through the meal, my son got ill and knew he was contaminated. So disappointing. Only safe item is the vanilla shake. Other flavors go into a blender that uses cookies.

NOT celiac friendly. I spoke with the cook and they do not use separate prep area, tools, grill, etc. So cross contamination is a problem. If you do not have Celiac disease and just need to avoid gluten because you are sensitive, they do have an online menu that lists allergens, one of which is “wheat.”
