I ordered the turkey sandwich on a gf bun. The bun was super good! They said one of their regular weekly customers had celiac so they keep the buns in stock for her. Knowledgeable staff, very clean restaurant!

The food was fantastic. The owner, Maurice, is very knowledgeable (his father was gluten free). Everything is made on the premises (cole slaw, potato salad, BBQ sauce, rub for the BBQ meats). Maurice said they use a clean knife and cutting board when they make something gluten free. They also have a dedicated grill for gluten free items and they are conscious of cross contamination.

Had the brisket sandwich on the typical udis gluten free bun. Was good and reasonably priced, didn’t get sick!
