I ate here while at Disney and didn’t get sick. I was told the chips are fried separately so I got the chicken nachos and they were great!

Nice to have a few gf options and eat with the family. Food is marked on menu and when it comes out. Pretty good chicken, rice, bean bowl.

I wanted to like this place! It smells great and is a nice break from the pizza/chicken strips options elsewhere. The X factor was that the chips are made in a shared fryer, so our daughter couldn’t eat them. What’s Mexican food without chips? So the celiac safe option was limited to a rice bowl with chicken or pork. The kids portion was so small… just overall not a winner.

Ordering over mobile order was very easy and convenient. Did not get sick from the food, but it just didn’t taste good. Food came out cold, very disappointed.

They take gluten allergies very seriously and so far I don’t have any complications from eating here. However, knocking stars off just because this was one of the worst-tasting meals I’ve had, gluten free or otherwise.

I wanted to order the nachos but the “separate” allergy frier has shared oil filter and oil… so not actually separate for celiac. Glad I asked further! Went with the pork rice bowl to be safer and it was delicious!

I was so nervous about eating because I did not want to get sick, but the staff were all knowledgeable and I felt confident after talking with them that they take great precautions with cross contamination. They have a separate fryer for gluten allergy orders, told me that the allergy foods are prepared in a separate part of the kitchen, and they brought my food out separately on a clearly marked tray. I had the chicken rice bowl and tortilla chips. It was all delicious and I did not get sick.

The food was delicious and I verified with the cast member that it was indeed the gluten free menu item I ordered, but I unfortunately got sick immediately after eating the gf beef nachos. Not sure if it was cross contamination but I was ill the rest of my Disney trip which was a huge disappointment.

Had a Carnitas Rice Bowl and it was delicious. They have a great menu, and it’s accessible on the My Disney Experience App. Plenty of food with great flavor!

Separate gf menu on mobile order app. I had the pork rice bowl , which was very good and I did not get sick. I did try the beef nachos as well, I only had a little and did not get sick. I am not sure if the chips are cross contaminated or not.

Easy to order online by selecting the GF menu. Pleasantly surprised by the options and excellent taste.

GF menu I was given was mostly burgers, their online menu had a much wider selection. Ended up with a rice bowl, and wasn’t offered safe sides/toppings from the kitchen.
Yes
Had GF menu but registers not programmed to allow ordering them. Left hungry.
I ordered the chicken nachos. They gave me sides of sour cream, salsa, pico and lettuce from the kitchen that were not cross contaminated rather than getting them off the taco bar. My order came out on a green tray vs a brown one to identify it as an allergy order. The nachos were delicious and I had no side effects at all!
Yes
They take allergies seriously. Had the chicken bowl and had sides brought out from the back

Had a great experience here. The girl at the register pulled out an allergen notebook with the ingredients to confirm that the chicken nachos were gluten free. I told her I was not comfortable using the buffet-style toppings area, and she called a manager over to ensure that they would prepare the toppings in the kitchen. They mark the receipt multiple times noting gluten free/allergy. Food was personally delivered to the counter by the chef and manager on a separate, different color tray. It was delicious, and I did not get sick! I would definitely feel comfortable going back.

Food was really good. Disney always does a great job with keeping food gluten free. I had the chicken rice bowl which was very yummy. They have a fixin’s bar where you can get cheese, salsa, lettuce etc. since I am very sensitive I could not get them. However they got me my own from the back
Yes
Rice and chicken safe and tasty . Strawberry lemonade gf!!!

Son had the black bean bowl with grilled chicken. His food came out separately and on its own try with a big “allergy” stick on it. He loved it.
Very helpful staff. They requested a manager/coordinator to come out and talk to me so I could also pick out toppings. The toppings bar is not Celiac safe, so they got everything I needed out of the back for me! Huge portions of the toppings too. It's also easily digestible food for my sensitive stomach (chicken and rice bowl) so it's a really great option. Will definitely go back

I had a wonderful experience here! Ordered a Taco Bowl with rice, chicken, corn salsa, salsa, black beans, and sour cream. The chef took my order and prepared it in the kitchen for me upon my request. I had a long wait for my food but I came at a busy time. The great tasting Mexican style food was a nice break up from the Quick Service monotony of burgers and pizza! My gluten sensitive 2 year old daughter shared with me and nearly ate half! The non-gf eaters in our party loved the nacho bar and other offerings! I highly recommend.

Had a good burger. Wasn't sick after.

First time at Disney since finding out I have celiac. Was worried but found great places like this one. They had three options for gluten free. I went with the southwest burger. Took a little longer for the food but when it came it was worth it!

Easy to access menu and better food than I anticipated I would be having only fries all week. Delicious! I got the veggie bowl with zucchini, black beans and rice then added yummy toppings like guac, salsa and it was delicious and filling.
Rice bowls are absolutely delicious.
they do not serve french fries at his Pecos Bill Cafe like a previous commenter posted. the burger comes with gluten-free nacho chips. I ordered the gluten-free fajita rice bowl with chicken and it was alright. they do have gluten free brownies and OMG it's gluten free chocolate chip cookies. they have a gluten-free menu also.
Food was pricey and took a long time to make.
Manager came out immediately. I had a burger with fries. They have a dedicated fryer for GF fries. I also had the chocolate chip cookie. Manager brings straight to you with the GF items on it. The rest of your party's food also comes at the same time but on a separate tray so you can all eat together.
