Food was okay and I feel pretty safe here. The two people I spoke to said that all of the meat, sauces and most of the sides are GF, with the exception of cornbread, burritos, sandwiches. I didn’t ask about the nachos (maybe there’s a fryer there?) I had the pork and chicken with mild sauce , smoked potato, and chili. I didn’t love the food but they seemed to take concerns seriously

I went in looking for some smoked brisket and needed to ensure that I would get a celiac safe meal. The manager was very helpful and explained that the brisket is smoked with salt and pepper only. All of the different options for sauce are confirmed gluten free. Upon hearing that an allergy safe meal was requested, he took care to change his gloves, get a clean tray, cover it in butcher paper, and slice the brisket in an area away from the sandwich preparation. So I was sure no cross contamination was happening. Best of all, this was really excellent smoked meat, very moist and not too fatty, and with just the right level of smoke so that a well balanced flavor emerged that wasn’t just smoke. I will be back to try some of their other options.
